The 1st Vice-President of the Board of the Order of Physiotherapists, Nuno Cordeiro, took part in the 3rd Conference of the Shared Care Resources Unit (URAP) of the West South Health Centre Grouping (ACeS), which includes various groups of health professionals, including physiotherapists, organised into multidisciplinary teams, with a view to achieving the best results in the provision of care and health gains.
Under the theme "Together we are shared", the III URAP ACeS Oeste Sul Days aimed to promote the exchange of knowledge and discussion about interventions and practices, as well as a moment for more careful reflection on the future of the professional groups that make up URAP and the new organisation of healthcare.
In this context, 1st Vice-President Nuno Cordeiro took part in the "Debate panel: Reform of the NHS - Local Health Units", together with António Martins - Executive Director of ACeS Oeste Sul, Joana Coutinho - ULS Matosinhos, Raquel Arteiro - Ordem dos Nutricionistas, Raquel Raimundo - Ordem dos Psicólogos, Rita Correia - ACeS Lisboa Norte and Tânia Magalhães - ULS Matosinhos, moderated by Paulo Ribeiro.
The 3rd URAP ACeS Oeste Sul Conference took place at the Dr. Afonso Rodrigues Pereira Cultural Centre in Lourinhã on 27 October.
