The electoral campaign begins the day after the candidates accepted for the ballot have been publicised, i.e. on the day of the election. 3rd May 2026 and will end on 16th May 2026 (the day before the elections).
During this period, the Order will make available the candidates' means of promoting their proposals and interacting with voters, as follows:
- Each list may send up to two emails to voters, to be publicised through the Order's official channels;
- Messages should be sent in HTML format to: eleicoes@ordemdosfisioterapeutas.pt, clearly identifying the list;
- Replies to contacts received at the above address will be sent during office hours, on working days, from 09.00 to 18.00;
- The timing will be managed by the Electoral Commission, according to the order of receipt and the campaign period;
- No member contacts will be made available or SMS/MMS sent on behalf of the lists;
- At the request of the lists, hyperlinks may be published on the Order's website that redirect to the official pages of the candidates.
A The Order will make also occasional access to the Order's premises at Rua D. João V, n° 24 - 1.06, 1250-091 Lisboa.
- A room with capacity for up to 6 people can be made available on request 48 hours in advance;
- Requests should be sent to the official e-mail address above;
- The answer will be given within 24 hours;
- The space will be available on weekdays between 9.00 and 18.00.
- Pursuant to Article 49(2) of the Statutes, the Board of Directors has decided not to contribute to the cost of election campaigns, as was the case in previous elections.
