A Electoral Commission is responsible for guaranteeing the legality and transparency of the entire electoral process. It plays a key role in overseeing all stages of the electoral process, from the receipt of nominations to the tabulation of results.
According to the Electoral Regulations, the Electoral Commission is made up of the chairman of the board of the general council and a representative from each of the lists admitted to the election, to be appointed when the respective nominations are submitted.
The Electoral Commission is made up of:
