The Order of Physiotherapists, represented by the President António Lopes, and the Health Regulatory Authority, represented by its Board of Directors, have agreed to sign a Cooperation Protocol with a view to improving the exercise of the respective attributions of each of the entities.
The two organisations believe that the Cooperation Protocol is fundamental in pursuing the common goal of increasing the quality of healthcare provided to the public, as well as guaranteeing compliance with the law.
The two organisations also agreed to work together to create a pool of technical experts to share human and technical resources and knowledge.
The signing ceremony for the Cooperation Protocol took place on Thursday 26 October at the ERS offices in Porto.
