A <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/world.physio\/news\/physiotherapy-member-organisations-elect-world-physiotherapy-president-and-vice-president\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">elei\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a><\/span> teve lugar na 20\u00aa Assembleia-Geral (20<sup>th<\/sup> General Meeting) da World Physiotherapy, que decorreu nos dias 30 e 31 de maio de 2023.<\/p><p>A World Physiotherapy tem 129 organiza\u00e7\u00f5es membros e 118 delega\u00e7\u00f5es com direito de voto, entre elas a Ordem dos Fisioterapeutas, representada pelo Baston\u00e1rio Ant\u00f3nio Lopes.<\/p><p>Na Assembleia-Geral, foram ainda objeto de vota\u00e7\u00e3o, al\u00e9m da elei\u00e7\u00e3o dos cargos de presidente e vice-presidente:<\/p><ul><li>Aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Pol\u00edtica sobre Reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o<\/li><li>Aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de Declara\u00e7\u00e3o Pol\u00edtica sobre Altera\u00e7\u00f5es Clim\u00e1ticas e Sa\u00fade<\/li><li>Aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de uma mo\u00e7\u00e3o sobre idioma proposta pela Japanese Physical Therapy Association<\/li><li>Confirma\u00e7\u00e3o de atribui\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00e9mios de reconhecimento pela contribui\u00e7\u00e3o individual de fisioterapeutas para a profiss\u00e3o, de uma forma global, e para a World Physiotherapy<\/li><\/ul><p>A mais alta <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/world.physio\/news\/physiotherapys-highest-global-honour-awarded-margot-skinner\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">distin\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a><\/span> foi atribu\u00edda \u00e0 fisioterapeuta neozelandesa Margot Skinner.
