The event was attended by President Ant\u00f3nio Lopes.<\/p><p>The aim of the forum was to launch a <strong>public debate to reform the health information system<\/strong>through the report <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cns.min-saude.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/CNS-Relatorio-Sistema-de-Informacao-de-Saude.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\"<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Towards a Better Health Information System for People\"<\/span><\/a>. O <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cns.min-saude.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">National Health Council (CNS)<\/a><\/span> reports on critical areas of health in Portugal and, in this edition, the focus was on the information system.<\/p><p>This document compiles contributions from all the councillors, both individuals and the organisations to which they belong, systematising the perspectives and consensus reached.
